How do we create our best and worst list?

We allow our users to create ballots of "best and worst list" of various categories.

We select the most popular, and heavily voted on lists, and convert it into our annual best and worst list.

How do we determine what is the best, and what is the worst?

We have certified, registered voters who vote regularly at bestandworst.com.

We set the ballot to take vote, much like an election process, and at the end of the voting, we announce our winner.

We allow only the registered voters to vote once per ballot for this process.
