What is contest ballot?

You create a contest, such as "best haiku".
Users contribute their entries. The entries comprise of title and content.
People can vote only once, and the contest winners are recorded. User pages will show a list of contest currently won.

You must be a certified user to create a contest. No guest entries.

CONTEST TITLE ( LIMITED TO 75 CHARS)

DESCRIPTION:

How long should this contest stay active? or days (default is one year)
