above links are the features available to you. Following are the explanation.

incoming new users page is the list of new users signing up to use the site. It shows both verified (those who answered their sign up email and set the password) and unverified (those who signed up, but not answered the email) you can freeze both types of new users, by clicking on the username or [freeze] link. When you freeze a user, their user account becomes inactive.  Once the user is frozen, Ultrausers can expel that username. You may base the expulsion on the previous abuse (coming from the same IP/ reverse dns) shown on the incoming user page. You may not expel user solely due to personality conflicts, grudges or any personal reasons. Expel features are for those who are out to destroy the site. As an ultrauser, I am sure you have witnessed the attacks that I am talking about.

if a superuser froze a user without provocation, you can reverse their actions by defrosting that user.

Each action is recorded in the system news page. you can browse this page to see what was happening to our website while you were away.

Every once in a while, you may come across ballots that are no longer relevant. You may force close that ballot. that means the ballot asking who would win 1996 world series would no longer show up.

As ultrausers, you will be able to revive a frozen user. If you feel that a user was frozen by mistake, or not enough warning is given, you may revive that user, but keep a close eye on them for further abuse. Once the user is expelled, you cannot revive that user.

Once the user is expelled, all their entries (in ballot, choices, comments, blog and private user page messages) are wiped clean. if they have set a favorite/ignore user feature in that time, you can eliminate them by recalibrating the favorites.

As a ultrauser, you can do the following.

NEW USER incoming new users - list of new users signing up. freeze user - when a user does something wildly inappropriate. expel user - permanent expulsion (freeze user first)	PROMOTE A BALLOT promote a ballot - get the ballot to show up on the front page.
SITE MAINTAINANCE recalibrate favorite list - wipe offensive entry by suspended users. force close ballot - close your own ballot that doesn't make sense anymore.	MONITOR SYSTEM See blocked users . - List of blocked users, See Closed ballots - and veto closure. system news - superuser actions and maintainance events.

See wiped comment . - There has been a recent rumblings about comment being blocked. You can see the comment being blocked, and respond to complaints if you wish.

eliminate frozen users. - stop the continuous abuser with one click. (either from their user page or from this link)

see those who are about to register (haven't verified email yet) and suspend them if necessary

approve new user registration - when a new user registers, you are shown their registration name and their IP address. You can either choose to send them the registration email, or ignore them.

decline to be a ultrauser - if you choose to not to be a ultrauser, you can decline the nomination.

recalibrate favorite list - wipe offensive entry by suspended users.

revive ballot - revive an expired ballot.

force close ballot - close ballot that doesn't make sense anymore.

nominate someone to be a guide/ultrauser - for now, you can nominate using the Guide Conference. make a nomination and let people comment.

arbitrate a karma appeal - somebody thinks their karma's undeserved. You must be impartial. All rulings are recorded and is available to assistant.

edit context pages.- proofread data displayed on pages

edit page templates - change the format of the page shown.

release frozen user . -release frozen user with one click. (either from their user page or from this link)

eliminate all entries by a suspended user - after suspending the user, eliminate all the entries they ever made.

set a ballot to be featured on front page.
