Scott Peterson is convicted of murder, it is final, yet in my opinion, he shouldn't have been convicted on circumstantial evidence alone. Has anyone asked this question: How hard would it be for Scott Peterson to dig up the bodies and dump them in the river where everyone was looking for the bodies, especially when during that time he was already under heavy surveillance?

It will no longer be necessary to present credible eyewitness to the crime or a murder weapon. It will be simply be necessary to show that the accused a philanderer, a jerk, a liar or just unlikable!
