Yep, go to your doctor and he will set you up for a sleep study. Then, once they see that you have it, they will give you a CPAP machine. You wear a little mask at night while you sleep. It blows extra air into your nose and you don't wake yourself up from choking and snoring. I was tested for it and I stopped breathing 116 times in a hour! Really Ken, you will feel twenty years younger if you would do this. I couldn't believe the difference it made. If it goes on too long, it can kill you. Be careful with it. :)

Gently apply pillow over nose of snorer. Hold firmly in place until snoring stops completely. May take up to 4 minutes, but will be permanent.
