At one point or another, someone may have found the person you deal with in the mirror every day as unquantifiable...

always bothered me on evaluations how everything had to be reduced to something that could be counted. And if it wasn't something you could measure - it just didn't count (so to speak). Like whether you returned customer calls in a timeley manner, or paid attention to details, or worked well with your co-workers - any number of things that didn't lend themselves to bean-counting. Fortunately i now have a boss who sees a bigger picture.
