Voted : Yes: Iraq is in a civil war
Gosh, a civil war. Who ever thought that could happen? Or that the levees would be breached?
It was obvious to anyone that has an open mind that it was heading that way. It seemed to be only here in the United States that we didn't want to admit it. Sad.

ballot #73532 I knew that fat fuck was going to be trouble. At least Saddam Hussein knew how to maintain order.

Voted : Yes: Iraq is in a civil war
The war wasn't civil until America's Military Intelligence entered it. LOL
Voted : Yes: Iraq is in a civil war
Yep, and it has been for years.
Voted : Yes: Iraq is in a civil war
Yes. I have always oppopsed the Iraq War, and I have always said that civil war would eventually loom and rise (now that they are becoming more organised 'civil war' is seeming like an increasingly appropriate label), so everything that is unfolding is actually stuff that I had already mentioned from before. And it is not very encouraging to contemplate that the only reason why they weren't fighting each other before, is because of an oppressive dictator. These historical tensions have been bubbling underneath for a long time. The US did not cause them. It did however allow for conditions in which they could surface. It is true that Saddam stopped them from fighting each other. But at what cost? Should the new Iraqi government emulate Saddam's tactics? Absolutely not. Even if the Iraqis themselves had of removed Saddam from power, the same problems would be occuring now. These tensions had to surface eventually and be dealth with. It is unfortunate that these tensions exist between Iraqis. Hopefully, the Americans can do something positive and influence Iraq in a federal direction.

I wouldn't call it a slight misunderstanding or a family scuffle...
