Whe I was 12 I wanted to put a cricket in a jar. I went to my father's workshop and rather than looking for "that darned hammer" and a nail, I just began stabbing the jar lid with an awl OF COURSE, the awl went clean through my hand. Amazingly, it missed EVERY possible vein, tendon, ligament, etc. It was like God knew I would need my right hand for typing Best and Worst comments!
