Voted : No, Pluto should not be considered a planet.
I love little Pluto, but no, not really.

It's too small, it isn't spherical, it doesn't lay in the same plane as all the other planets and it really isn't that much bigger than a number of other irregularly-shaped chunks of rocks orbiting the sun in that general area.
