It's ridiculous to threaten a 14 year old kid like that. It's that kind of radical attitudes that makes environmentalists lose their credibility.
However i see no reason why the Marlin had to be killed. As far as i know fishers usually return them to the sea (in good conditions, not to be eaten by sharks). And the kid's father should have taught him that!
I don't know why they had to kill a fish like that one.

It's a freaking FISH, big deal. Some people need to grow up. Environmentalists are ridiculous sometimes. It's like they need an adult sized pacifier and some Depends undergarments.

People threatening him over fish is nuts. I try and eat veg for health reason, i like organic meat, farm raised eggs...but him killing the fish, even though it was a bad example, isn't THAT big of a deal...they're fish...people eat fish all day. When people go fishing they are killing fish, do we kill everyone for killing a fish?
Now i'm craving fish :o
