European Union for sure. I belive Russia will rise again and even join the EU. China is a giant rising. USA is always a a superpower. Brazil is a growing economy.

Maybe a country that doesnt exist yet. The USA is a young country and only modernized in the 1920's. Now its a superpower. Russia Modernized in the 1930's. China modernized in the 1970's. India is modernizing in 2000. A country that doesnt exist yet can become power very quick/ The European Union was formed in 1951. Its relativly young but has huge econmic capabilities. Germany, France, and Great Britain are the power houses of the EU. Minor powerhouses or the big 3's little bros are Poland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania,Belgium, and Austria. Turkey will be joining the EU in 2013. With Turkeys large pop, large economy and 6th best military the EU will be greatly boosted. Countries like Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece are holding the EU from great potential. They either fix their acts f debt and unemployment or get kicked from the gang.
