I don't make them. If you want to change something about your life just do it. Picking one time a year to do this is silly in my view. Always fun to see all the people at the gym at the beginning of January. By the end of the month most are never seen again.

I use to make them but I just go for my goals period. I don't need it to be the end of the year or a new year to know what I should and need to do.
