Voted : Turn off lights in rooms not being used
and we got all new windows and our heater replaced, that's made such a difference, I used to feel wind at the edges of our old windows

Voted : Turn off water heater
I turn off the water heater when I don't need it. I wear a sweater in the winter, but I can't bear anything above ~73F in the summer.
Most of those, except 'Stole Cable'.
But, then I am a conservative.
Turned of the air conditioning and locked my wife in the basement.
