I don't get the connection here. Religious rivalry unleashed by the fall of Saddam replaced one evil for another, and civil war is the result.

Obviously. The ill-conceived, moronic, oil war that Bush and the idiot neocons started in Iraq unleashed a torrent of forces that these adolescent girly-men were completely unprepared to handle. Only a neocon is naive enough to think you can throw lit matches into gasoline and not get burned.
And now onto Iran! Or, at least, the American military on to Iran. The necons will, as with Iraq, stay in the U.S. - safe and sound - while other people die to support the neocons lavish lifestyle.

This disaster was triggered by warmongers not willing to listen to advice suggesting this scenario would more likely follow as a result of upending a fragile Governmental structure before the invasion...so we have the proverbial "snowball" rolling down the side of a snow covered mountain...it continues to grow...notice how many Allies never got involved or are now pulling out of this fiasco... as usual with this bunch, finger pointing and the blame game is being played to the max...

People need to realize that this is war. Terrorists destroyed the twin towers, and killed thousands of our people, but when our soldiers catch civilians in the line of fire, or when civilians die from a suicide bomber attack, everyone is suddenly cursing our soldiers. It's war, and there will be casualties.
