- asked for a gun so he could shoot a raccoon that was in his yard

And this was all the same guy.
My daughters' friend across the street came over one day and put the latest CD by Pink into my stereo.
Other than that, we get along fine.

Almost set the woods on fire last year during a outdoor burn ban. It was dry as a bone and they're out there burning garbage. Not in a barrel. Not in a pit. Right in the middle of a grassy area in the middle of the woods that we live in.
Thankfully they're not too close to me. They're property line is about 300 yards away. But they sure as hell could have caused my place and the land next to me to catch fire.
Damn trashy, pervy, drug addicted dumbasses...
Voted : Leave their dogs' enormous turds in my front yard
Several of the above and most recently, someone threw a used crack pipe over the fence into my back yard.
We have several drug related activities in the neighbor hood. Not all of it is overt and problematic but often it's more than obvious what's happening around here.
Cops make a regular stop through my neighborhood just to let 'em know they know what's going on. Hasn't curbed the activity yet.

Lied to the police about being bit by my dog, trying to kill him. This was in addition to a great deal of other harassment. I wrote several letters of complaint to the police and others about it, and mentioned my now ex-neighbor's domestic violence and expired car inspection stickers, among other things. My neighbor-from-hell moved soon after.
The trick is to be meaner than your neighbor-from-hell if that's what it takes.

Back in '95, three days after Christmas, my neighbors tried to put out an electrical fire with *water*. Six hours alter, six units were lost to fire and five more to water damage ina twelve-unit building. The only folks left undamaged? You got it!
