The Bush Admin seems to me to looking for a exist plan/scapegoat for this war. I doubt anyone is really buying it (even the Herzogs of the world). So where do we put the blame?

Iraqi Gov. 95% Bush Admin 5% 17%
Iraqi Gov. 5% Bush Admin 95% 10%

The Chimp and his circus started this disaster. They deserve all the "credit."

If there is a single event that the Bush Administation is deserving of receiving all the credit (Blame) for, Iraq is that event...

successful governments evolve, but cooking up a government in a few months and expecting them to take control is just asking for trouble.

Bush keeps trying to position/ spin this conflict as a fledgling Iraqui government being beset by terrorist jihadists.

IT ISN'T.

It is overwhelmingly a sectarian civil conlfict that started as a result of Bush invading. The conflict involves many of the fledgling Iraqi government (duh, look at Sadr's position/ involvement). Maliki has no 'external enemy' to fight, thus the criticisms that he/Iraqis have 'failed to step up' is incredibly inappropriate.

It is a ****ing civil war and until we recognize that and respond/ strategize accordingly, we will continue to sink deeper into a failed quagmire.
