If he means that Bush is their stooge, then yes. He is correct. Then again, it's about as hypocritical as John McCain saying he was badly served by the rest of the Keating five.

But it's his own dumb fault but taking them along with him

Sure. What's not to agree with? And he can say that now with a degree of confidence that it's okay politically. The tide has turned.

McCain would be a much better President than Bush.

Last I looked, that "damn piece of paper" called the Constitution made Mister Bush the man in charge, and he could've- hell, had a *moral obligation*- fired them when he saw that their "leadership" wasn't in the best interests of the country. McCain's talking out the side of his neck. I've really tried to admire the man, since he's an ex-Navy man, but he's proving himself more polly than anything.

Yes, but McCain isn't any better IMHO.
^Isn't any better than Bush, Rumsfeld, or Cheney.

McCain obviously will say anything at this point to get elected President...I don't trust his soft and sweet talking tone (I guess this is his attempt to appear to be the compassionate conversative with that tone of his), I for one don't trust him. Yes, Bush has been very badly served by both RUNSfeld and W(ch)eney, (I think more so by W(ch)eney)...

Yeah, I'm going to believe something from that chipmunk from the Keating five. Yeah, he got served alright. He's only their lapdog.
