I'm sure there are some out there who would. But I think most of it's just talk. Especially on the internet with the trolls.
Even the serious racists that I've encountered normally wouldnt advocate such a thing.

True. I'm sure they're out there, but that's the experience of those I've personally encountered though. I'm sure you can find some neo-nazi rally and get an ear full of serious genocidal talk or even find some KKK members who will propose the same, as well as your 'solitary racist'. But as far as the people I've enountered, it's been mostly talk to get a rise out of someone (if not just themselves).
I imagine it's the ones we don't know about that are the biggest offenders.

A couple if persons on this site (I have not met either in person) seem capable. Their weaponry would include clubs and machine-guns.
As for the rules of the site against hate, racist remarks, it seems they donot apply equitably.

Well some would. I might question someones ability to carry something out but I take them at their word if they express a desire to inflict violence on myself or others. Most of the Internet users who do this are just trolls. Or they are the type that shout their racist slogans at a rally where they are protected by police barricades, fences, etc. Big he-men. NOT.
