Lawsuit protection plus government regulation requirements drives the need for a lot of those "idiot" warnings...as a rule, things/warnings are designed to accommodate the dumbest of us not the smartest...if you were a sharp kid in school, you would have to sit there waiting for the slower kids to "catch on" to what was being taught...

Sometimes a person may do such a thing because they are attempting suicide. I do not see how that makes them an "idiot". Just a troubled person who needs help.

If you put seemingly useful products on the market, and some idiot discovers it gets you high, it only stands to reason that you need to inform him that he's being an idiot. Other wise he'll show more idiots and the idiot population will de-evolve the world back tp troglodites.

To a certain point.
Idiots are remarkably ingenious when it comes to injuring themselves with seemingly harmless household items.
Use reasonable safeguards on products, but beyond that people should be on their own.
Let the morons of the world die of their own stupidity, it's evolution's way of getting rid of the un-fit from the gene pool.
What contempt we exhibit, towards those who fail to meet our standards. Even to the point of wishing them harm or death.
I hope that any beings 'higher than us' have more compassion.
