Because that's my final refuge, in the eventuality that things get too hot...
I heard somewhere that guy from the U.S. bought some ocean property in Churchill ON, just for a laugh...funny thing is, it appears to be the southern-most point in North America that can be accessed by international shipping via a north west passage, if a passage is possible (which it appears to be in the future if the sea ice keeps melting). This guy will be the next shipping magnate.
