with what? posession? intent to purchase? you can't be charged because you purchased it in the past. if you don't have it on you or are not about to purchase and are caught, or have a huge stash at home -- what can you be charged with?
I assumed there would be grounds since officers tend to question suspects about criminal acts because they don't have hard evidence. Since he admitted to the purchase that would be enough.
^ not in this case. if had confessed to murder, rape, etc., then they'd investigate. but for drug use or purchase that happened in the past, in which case there is no posession or intent to buy or sell, they can't chage you. if they could, bill clinton and anyone who has admitted to buying or using drugs in the past could face jail.
^ i am the worst typer in history.
Oh I see. Too bad, I wanted to see this guy up on charges. Your typing isn't anywhere near as mine is. I proofread but never notice the mistakes until after its posted. I wish I could edit afterwards (hint to LCD).
gee now i feel bad. i didn't mean to stymie your ballot.
Of course, if Haggard went to jail, he could "minister" to all the muscular weightlifting guys and enjoy a virtual smorgasbord of hard drugs. He'd probably think he'd gone to heaven.
Voted : No idea
Good question.
Because like kev said, he wasn't caught in the act. Does anyone know if he's been kicked out of the church or face any form of punishment?
Voted : Because he snorted it all
What Kev said. He just confessed to buying it and unless he stashed some in his sock drawer for his next little romp in the hay or video taped himself buying it, there's not enough evidence to easily charge him with anything. That's not saying the police aren't watching him and his escort to find out where the drugs are comming from though.
I heard the stepped down, Herzog. Whether that was volutary or forced, I have no idea.
*he
He was probably strongly encouraged to leave. Good, he was a hypocrite.
