It could be argued that an intelligent person has more an understanding of the necessity of grooming and the advantages that being well kept confers, but there is absolutely no reason to think there is any correlation between a naturally ugly face and an ugly mind. I, for example, could be called dumb by someone who witnessed how hard I laughed at this ballot when in fact I'm of average intelligence at least.

Some of us have family members, relatives, friends who have mentally disabled children etc. While you spew your hate with terms like "retard" while you mock other users, you only show that you have a very shallow and hateful personality. I expected better from you - in fact anyone. It really sickens me when people talk like you do. You are just a little punk who thinks it is funny to mock those who are less fortunate than you. Lets see how tough and funny you are when you say this to family of a mentally disabled person. You will be lucky to leave with your head still attached.
