and that is NOT a white boy. There is a difference between a DORK and a white boy. Same as the difference between a black boy and Steve Urkle
Us "white boys" are so insecure that we demand equality, sad eh? I mean, only an insecure little pussy white boy with a small dick who cant dance for shit would want equality, right? And it would be ok for me to start calling black men "black boys" and "insecure" because they demand a black history month, right? I mean, I wouldnt get my little white boy ass kicked for saying that, would I? Just like you dont get your ass kicked for saying it about white boys, right?
Seriously, dude, if you are that ashamed of being white, and you want to be black that badly, Im sure there are medical procedures you can look into. Not all of them will make you look like Michael Jackson either, from what I've heard. I cant wait for Barbara cakes and Neothe1 to storm in here and tell you how unncaptable it is to use such demeaning terms for a whole race of people, oh man you are for it now...

This is a crappy ballot.

Voted : Yes
They need to feel less victimized.
I was gonna make this same ballot lol! It's funny to anyone with a sense of humor, but I don't see much of that here lately.

Humor seems to be banned from B&W these days. Sheesh!
Jyl If you find racism funny then I guess this is hilarious, yes. Or maybe it would be funny if the same jokes could be made about "minorities" without widepread condemnation from individuals, ironically, just like yourself. Here, you can learn a new word today; E.Q.U.A.L.I.T.Y
I can appreciate humor but it seems you never miss an oppurtunity to rip on whites. If I have in incorrect impression of you I appologize.
I find this ballot to be offensive in that it assumes that only whites would express a lack of enthusiasm over Black History Month because it exasperates and harps on racial differences. Are you implying that only whites are interested in racial equality? As a non-white that is skeptical of seemingly racially obsessed things such as Black History Month, I find that offensive.
Voted : No
Anyway, to answer the ballot question. Once again I am consistent- no, racially driven history months exasperate racial differences; I cannot support such a thing.
cranky- "Humor seems to be banned from B&W these days. Sheesh!" - Yeah, like how most of the users on this site saw no humour in the Danish cartoons, and were more sympathetic to the lunatic protests that followed. But, I on the other hand am consistent. I do not see this as humourous, nor did I believe the Danish cartoons humourous. There is not a funny form of insensitivity. I am not amused.
I'm real sorry for how youre held back and looked over. it seems to upset you so.

Jyl It would upset you too if you understood it.
In fact, your racist attitude is indicative of the problem.
People still get emotional at the mere mention of race. I do remember past ballots with complaints about reverse discrimination, and it did sound defensive and insecure.
^ The term "reverse discrimination" is inherently racist in itself, as it suggests that "normal" discrimination is only BY white people AGAINST non-white people. Discrimination is discrimination, whatever your colour. The racial discrimination currently facing white males is evident in your very language my friend, so yes, such widespread institutional racism DOES make me a little insecure, and for good reason.
You, quite literally, simply could not have given a better example of the sort of insidious, widely unrecognised anti-white racism that Im talking about. The unconscious use of widely embedded racist terms by yourself, and Jyls complete lack of sympathy for white males facing racist treatment, because of her own internal image of the eternal male white oppressor who deserves everything he gets, even if hes just an ordinary person trying to live his life. Thank you, and I hope this vivid example, particularly having been typed by your own fingers, will open your mind to the realities of anti-white racism a little.
" because of her own internal image of the eternal male white oppressor who deserves everything he gets, even if hes just an ordinary person trying to live his life. " The only time I've mentioned anything about white males (if I have) it's been when males, white ones, spend ridiculous bandwidth arguing about racism. I doubt you can find a whole lot that I've said anyway. I Hope you think you can even Begin to imagine that you know what *I think. It's a waste of your precious time. But actually I do want to apologize to you for the hurtful things I've said here, I didn't realize how hard issues of race are for you, some bad things must have happened to make this month so hard.

^ You arent very mature for your age, are you Jyl? Quite sad really, a woman of your age making patronising little jibes, calling people "kids" all the time in a condescending manner, refusing to debate serious problems and acting like a petulant child. Hopefully time will mature you, then you can contribute something to the debate
Apology accepted by the way, even if its a mindless one. Racism is never a nice thing to deal with, best left to the adults eh?
good job Doc. It wasn't You I called kid btw. I do get patronizing when people get over excited, especially at me.. but that's why I apologized to you for not understanding the very hard times you must have been through. Please respond some more, say more about Me.. as if I've ever singled you or followed you around.. heck I was not the on talking about "white boys", anywhere, ever, but thanks for all this viscious attention, and for teaching me what a crucial serious issue this month is to you.
