In AMERICA skinhead type punks are because in their deluded minds "THE blacks are TAKING OVER THE WORLD" and it's like "dude...smoke a bowl...and relax"
BUT this does not mean they are more violent. I believe the gangsters are more violent but that is possibly because here in America there are more gangstas than skins.
At least that's my perception of it!
