That's a tough question but if I had to choose...(back in the day)...
I think fast food is WAY worse, it makes you disturbingly fat. I also hate tabacco, but even that is better than fast food. I hope they make healthy fast food options soon

Both are EQUALLY bad for your health. Mariujuana will give you lung cancer faster than tobacco. Junk food will clog your arteries.
Marijuana has the added problem of being illigal and might put your body in front of a judge. So my vote is that marijuana is worse for your body.
