Voted : It's not a crime, he's inimputable
He's obviously inimputable therefore should have never been brought before a judge. The man needs serious psychological treatment. Buggering a dog? A dead dog?? Bloody hell!
"(...)about a week after the animal had been hit by a car."
Voted : It is a crime and he should be jailed
I would not want to be on that Jury panel.
^Should be a nice experience for someone who wants to loose weight though.
Voted : The man did nothing wrong
but, on the other hand, what if he skinned the dog and ate it?..it's okay to 'chew-it' but not to 'screw-it'? hmmmm, me confused.

Voted : It is a crime and he should be jailed
Regardless of whether f*cking the dog was a crime, it is at the very least public indecency/indecent exposure. I want to vomit in his general direction.
And who said that romance is dead?
Voted : It's not a crime, he's inimputable
that's just sick. although a huge red flag comes up when they start talking about "crimes against nature" and "prevents people from acting like animals themselves." . The same interpretation can be applied to anyone who doesn't live by the text of the protestant bible, so I don't think he should be charged with anything. he needs some serious help though. hope he gets it. and Please keep him away from that day care center!
