yep - what LCD said.
Hell is religions way of controlling people through fear. What bothers me most is that some people allow thier children to be mentally abused by the church into being terrified of it. Sick
Nobody knows, nobody can prove it, therefore their is no certain answer.
Why would God in His infinite wisdom be so paranoid that He thinks that we're stiffing Him big time simply because we enjoy a few naughty things from time to time? It doesn't add up.
Voted : Hell is the separation of a being from God
I don't think it's really God that is punishing us by putting us in hell, it's us putting ourselves there by chosing to not follow the way and by not receiving the gift of forgiveness. We have free will and it's our choice of weather we're going to be selfish with it or not.

Hell is a cruel fairytale, which no one should 'believe in'. There is no 'Christian hell'. There is no 'Muslim hell'. There is no kind of 'hell' at all. It is fantasy, it is fiction, pure and simple. And GOD neither 'judges' nor 'punishes' anyone, at all. GOD understands Everything.

Hell-O. Hell is the creation of primitive minds with wild imaginations. And the ignorant will believe anything. It is cruel and unkind to scare people and children with this monstrous threat. The whole idea of 'hell' makes no sense at all. No one should believe nonsense, not even the stupid.
Does the bible tell you that there is a hell, does the koran also tell you that there is a hell? Both are mistaken, hell is no more than a fantasy, a fiction, a fairytale.. Don't believe it, even if it Is in some book.. Don't believe Everything that you read, even if it is a bible or a koran! They also wrote Fiction way back when, hundreds of years ago, but the people were made to think that it was 'fact', and what did they know? 'Beliefs' get in the way of determining Fact, and beliefs are Not really 'knowledge', but only a Substitute for real Knowledge!
