This type of behaviour needs outing.
Passiveson recently sent me a message telling me he could "probably wipe me out" if he wanted to (referring of course to karma levels).
I would hope that LCD would step in at this point and at least issue a warning, if I wasnt aware that LCD only enforces the rules with users he doesnt like or who hold differing political views to him.
A sycophantic little toad like Passive-pervert has probably done enough brown nosing to the right people to be allowed a free reign on the site though, sigh..
