Assuming all those soldiers are now deceased, very bad taste. Using dead soldiers to promote a cause is not much different than what many claim Bush is doing. Two wrongs doesn't make a right. Now if the artists had their families' permission to use their photos, I'll eat my words and show a little more respect toward the piece. Otherwise, I think it's highly disrespectful.

The first time I saw such a picture, I thought it was higly effective, an excellent contrast between the idiot Bush and his victims.

Some people need to see it from this perspective...

In fact, I believe it states the political case quite well... Also, the portrait is the embodiment of good taste beyond the realms that the subject could ever hope to achieve, politically, scholastically and morally... Excellent ballot question BTW...

Anything that draws attention to the fact that the oil-greedy chimp is a fucking murderer is good.

The sum of all those lives far surpasses the image they form, IMO.

OMG, Truth! I actually get to differ with something you've said (there's a first for everything)... or rather, to agree to it's content with the following amendment to... rather than "sum" I would have said, (ANY ONE) ...of those lives..."

I'm not entirely sure how you can conclude that the individual images are of dead soldiers. am I missing something the rest of you are seeing? Just on sight, without broader knowledge of being comprised of soldiers, on sight I interpret the meaning as "The many make up the one, Humanity". It portrays the message that despite our racial, cultural and religous differeences, we are still bound to the one body, the body of mankind. If these people are fallen soldiers, I think is an honor to their bravery and sacrafice in service to their brothers and fellow citizens. Lest they be forgotten in time. It may well serve as a historic reminder to future generations of the price that was paid for the future.
