Cripes, I have no idea. I've been so deep in depression that I haven't opened a letter since December. I know I have been summoned to court for at least three cases of non-payment. I'm hoping my doctor can get me out of trouble in the longer term by vouching for my poor mental state. In the shorter term, I still can't open those envelopes......

keithsheen - if you cannot open the envelopes, there are people who will do it for you. Seek out some help, there are volunteer organization in your area.

I don't owe anybody a nickle, yet I am terribly unhappy from other things. We all have something that brings us tremendous pain. This is not, however, to counter your great ballot. One can get money and be out of debt. I wish it were that understandable for me.
