^^ even if my life depended on it, I would never ever use anything manufactured by that company. What does it tell you when they torture their customer base to buy their product?

I would try Aleve and tell everybody "Ah, leave me alone" (just joking). Aleve is good~it's naproxen. (Advil makes me very sick.) When I have muscular pain, heat irritates it. What works for me is to relax on cool sheets and very gently brush the sore area with a soft bush like a baby's hair brush~or have somebody brush you. For me, massage makes it worse. But when you sleep, you do need a soft blanket. Cold air would make you tense up. The best medicine is time.
