notice how they didn't mention those who are the evil ones. I am sure they are in the public record somewhere.

^ "evil ones?" you sound like el presidente bush. i've seen stories of border patrol thugs -- err, i mean border patrol agents, who are evil doers. i read someplace that some of the agents carry water for the border crossers, while others aim a gun at them. hey! how about they only carry water pistols! that would solve that problem.
i guess the border patrol means well. it's the unoffical ones that worry me most.
you're just jealous because you don't have the initiatives to get off your butt and get some of them free money for yourself.

much like every other profession, a few rotten apples make the whole field look bad.
hope you watched it through to where that border guard rescued that guy from the river. a true hero.
