President Bush spared former White House aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby from a 2 1/2-year prison term in the CIA leak case Monday, stepping into a criminal case with heavy political overtones on grounds that the sentence was just too harsh.

"Tricky Dick" in the "who outed Valerie Plame affair, which was a (retaliation ?) response to the fact finding trip of her husband to verify the "yellow cake" connection in the run up to the on going (bogus ?) war as proof of how great a threat the Iraqi's were before the reasons for the invasions morphed into forming a democracy to civil war to "we can't leave or we lose to...never mind ...that's why I didn't post a ballot when this breaking news came on...see ballot #115466

First of all Libby was never convicted of outing a CIA agent,he was convicted of perjury and obstruction or justice.Second on what ground would you impeach Bush,following the Constitution and using his executive right to pardon criminals?
