Is there still state that the Democrat party has completely "sewn up?"
What about solidly Republican state?
Of course, associated pic is way USA country vote by county within state for Bush in 2004 election. IMO, pic mean nothing for way election would turn out today. (Prediction: Many "red" counties will turn "blue" in 2008 presidential election.)
But question for you is still same, and guided by first two questions in description. If state continues vote Repubican, even everyone else vote Democrat, that what I call "Republican faithfuls" ie partisan. Same for reverse. Is there state that Democrat candidate or Republican candidate can always count on for undying support?
