Canon XL2 is a very nice 24P camera. Kim Jong Il loves the cinema, and reportedly owns over 10,000 DVDs. He has even made his own films at one point.

I am of the opinion that all the US would really need to do to secure peace with North Korea is give him a nice 24P camera as a gift and maybe he'd be too busy making movies to worry about a nuclear program...
