I have been driving a white CHP Police interceptor for more than a week now. I see all those behaviors, and I would say about 1% continue at the same speed. it's funny to see how people behave

Voted : continue at your same speed
If you flinch one way or the other, it's taken as an indicator of possible guilt. Drive on, I do.
Voted : put on your seatbelts, after hanging up your cell phone
Here in So cal, the cops are going faster than you anyway...lol Chances are, unless you're going 90 on a highway a cop isn't even going to notice you! :P
Voted : slow to the same speed, don't change lane, but continue in the same lane
Yeah, I'm cool. But you gotta stop doing that, LCD.

I usually drive with the flow of traffic (even if it's going 80 mph or so, but if I'm in front or by myself in the lane, I only go 5 to 9 mph over the limit. In most states, the fine for speeding go way up once you reach 11 mph over the speed limit. This is what I've been told. So I follow those 'unwritten' rules.
