COMMENTS:
There are a number of ways. First you can keep the temperature below 32 F and the relative humidity under 50%. Probably not what you want to do though. Prevention is really the key. Keep things clean, well ventilated, dry, use HEPA filters, etc.

Tea tree oil is effective although there is a bit of an odor. It goes away in a couple of days. Equal parts hydrogen pyroxide and water will work although this is probably a chemical. There are some products advertised as "natural" that contain hydrogen peroxide so this might work best. Bleach is the most effective and recommended for removing mold and mildew from many things. I could come up with some other ideas but I don't know exactly where or what you are trying to remove the mold and mildew from.

When all else fails, try some...

I thought hydrogen peroxide would work too. I use it as a mouthwash, so I know it's oderless.

I will try that first, if that doesn't work, I guess I should go lysol.

thanks!

F.Y.I,

Hydrogen Peroxide in its pure form is highly dangerous when it comes in contact with any organic matter.
