Nope. Just the oil paintings. They have to get their own frames.
The reason I ask this question is because one year, my dad gave me a framed photo of himself as a Christmas gift. I looked at the picture and then at him and busted up laughing. I seriously thought it was a joke gift and even asked him where my real gift was. I realized it wasn't a joke when I didn't see him laughing along with me. Needless to say, he hasn't given me any more Christmas gifts, but he still gives out photos of himself to the rest of the family at Christmas time.
