People are not equal. A brain surgeon has more skills and deserves more pay than a janitor.
Not all the religions are equal. Some violate human rights more so than others at differing times in history.
Men and women are not the same. Do I have to draw you a picture? A man should be sensitive to the feelings of female sensitivities and vice versa.
Nations are not equal. Some are dictatorships and some are democracies. The UN's claim that all are equal is nonsensical.
Culture. They are not equal. Some are more barbaric than others. Clearly modern South Korean culture is more civilised than Saudi ways.
