COMMENTS:
This unidentified flying object, which appeared just after dusk, was a single luminous object about 30 degrees above the horizon that Carter estimated to be about 300 to 1000 yards away. Carter and about a dozen other men watched the object for about 10 to 12 minutes as it hovered, changed course several times, and eventually disappeared in the distance. During his 1976 Presidential campaign, Carter told reporters: "It was the darndest thing I've ever seen. It was big, it was very bright, it changed colors, and it was about the size of the moon. We watched it for ten minutes, but none of us could figure out what it was. One thing's for sure, I'll never make fun of people who say they've seen unidentified objects in the sky. If I become President, I'll make every piece of information this country has about UFO sightings available to the public and the scientists." Carter even filed an official report of the incident with NICAP, the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena. While there have been many unsubstantiated rumors of other U.S. Presidents having close encounters with UFOs, none of these have ever been confirmed or officially reported.
Voted : Jimmy Carter
Later on, the Martian invaders tried to silence Jimmy with one of their assassin bunny rabbits.
Voted : Ronald Reagan
I read that Carter and Reagan both claim to have seen them. Dennis Kucinich doesn't seem so nuts now, right?
^^ My bad. "Once" reported seeing a UFO. Reagan did it twice.

Carter of course (although Raygun did too). Jimmy also got attacked by a killer rabbit. The difference is that Jimmy got an anal probe but Raygun didn't. Watch out! You have now attacked the sacred almighty Jimmy Carter! You will get attacked by the Carter worshippers BBC and cranky.

That was Jimmy for sure.

Both Carter and Reagan. But Carter's was more publicised due to the giggle factor (Southern, peanut farmer, brother of an alleged drunk), which backfired after so many took him seriously, so I'm voting for him. Then there's the astronauts, pilots, military personel, etc... People who are trained to tell the difference between Venus and an actual unidentified object.

Not all UFO's are aliens.
^ True. Alot of them are probably military black projects. Maybe even most of them. But the ones that fly using movements that defy all known laws of physics... I have no earthly idea who/what is responsible for those.
Tin Can, who is actually a FiddleFaddleonLSD alias, is so filled with hatred for Jimmy Carter because he dared criticize Israel. If it was up to FiddleFaddle/Tin Can, anyone who criticized Israel would end up at Guantanamo.
So claiming to see a UFO makes someone a nutball? There are a good many NASA Mercury, Gemmini and Apollo missions in which the astronauts claimed to have been followed by them. The voice transcripts are all available at Houston.
