But I would add that he is not allowed a speech writer. What disturbs me most is that I have not seen the man give a coherent speech without babbling, back peddling, treading water, or being simply stumped. There are people somewhere who writes speeches for him. You think he could make the time to learn what they wrote, even if it means someone dictating it to him since he can't read.
