Should we have the option to down-rate people that answer with PC rhetoric or lip service?

How many times have you made a ballot like "Ladies which is more important in a guy money or looks?" and you never get a straight answer cause every woman is trying to out "Mother Teresa" each other with answers like "personality matters more than both those things." Which is all well and good but it doesn't answer the fucking question. I think having the option to drop someones karma for blatant PC abuse would curb that nonsense quite effectively.

^How do you know what's "racist" or "offensive" or not? It's all subjective that's why the karma system has always unfairly discriminated against people with conservative points of view. I almost never give out bad karma but the only times I feel the urge to are when people either hijack the ballot with an unrelated topic or completely lack sincerity when discussing the topic.

And, for users who donot answer the question, but rather redirect to a different topic, such as bashing and trashing someone completely unrelated to the question. Same merit ?
