suppose you are a full blood, red white and blue, true as an apple pie american.

until you got sick.

you needed major surgery, and some replacement organs, fast. So you travelled to China, where they were more than happy to give you a replalcement lung, heart, kidney, liver, and other major organs from a fresh young prisoner just executed.

Now you feel great, except now you are technically more than 50% chinese national. (a death row prisoner at that)

Now, US immigration doesn't take kindly to illegal immigrant especially a criminal.

Should you be granted re-entry? or should you be denied entry based on the fact that you are now "mostly" an illegal immigrant?

If I've got a birth certificate that says I was born in Philly, then I can come back any time I like, as long as I didn't commit a crime.

more than 1/2 of the owner of that birth certificate is still in china. You are now a chinese death row prisoner in majority.

Worse yet, let's say you had some major surgery on your face too, and took some of the feature of the chinese man. Will you still be let in?
