I was going to make a ballot about this some time ago. For the purpose on this quiz, I'm going to say "true" but that is very iffy. Ford considered building the "Nucleon", a nuclear powered car. However, it was only a concept and no serious engineering work was done. Concepts don't mean building the car is under serious consideration though. They are just ideas.

Would have been pretty cool to see a front-engined nuclear powered car ram into a rear-engined car. Ok, not really.
