Actually 8.5 hours. I go to bed at 10:30 pm and wake at 7:00 pm. Usually. But I'm on vacation this week. So I'm doing whatever I want to do.

I LOVE when I can get 8 or 9 hours, but I typically will sleep for about 5. About half the days I will also take a ~30 minute nap.
