COMMENTS:
Most large U.S. cities and some small cities have Playboy in their public libraries. Even some cities deep in the "Bible Belt," like Tulsa, Oklahoma or Memphis, Tennessee, have Playboy Magazine.
In addition, Jacksonville, Florida only has issues of Playboy from 1960 to 1972 (so no current issues). In a list of cities with no current issues of Playboy, it would rank #4.

I don't think that Atlanta carries it, either. Not sure, as I haven't been inside a city library since I moved into the burbs back in '89. A lot of time, I know, but this is way down deep in the South...
