COMMENTS:
I've been trying to think of one. I would say the Power Rangers, but not even the TV show or the movies were completely devoid of some horror element. Wow, I really cannot think of one.
Voted : The Lady in the Water
If I recall, I don't think this movie had too much of a horror component, if any. At least I don't think it did.
Voted : The Time Machine (1960)
Don't bother with the new one though.
I don't think lady in the water qualifies as a science fiction, it's more like children's fairy tale, as I recall. didn't see the original (1960) but I read the book and the newer release movie of the time machine. the future society did have some horror in it, if you consider cannibalism and human farming...

I guess the Lady in the Water is not really Sci Fi. It's by M Knight Shamylan, who also made the Village. I guess the Village is also not really Sci Fi. What about Battle Star Galactica? I don't really watch it, but I don't think there's a horror element in that show, is there?
Um the time machine has a strong horror element in it. The morlocks were an underground race of flesh eaters. thats horror to me. Admittedly they werent quite as stylised as in the hopeless modern movie but to be fair in the book they were quite nasty.
I think any you find without horror will be childrens films. I'm assuming you dont mean that type LCD
I could be wrong but metropolis was more along the lines of paranoia with no real horror other than techno fear.
^metropolis.... true classic.
