I am not amused by this one.
Depends. How big of a drain? How big are the cats? Are any of them kittens? Any decay yet? Are there other dead things down there already like people? What about maggots? Is there water? Are they de-boned? Did you eat any of them? Did they eat anything? Do you want it tight or can it be loose? How long do you want the clog? Why not use cement filled cats if you want more permanent?
