I think if you were bisexual, you would still be even if you don't practice it. Let's say a bisexual man get's married to a woman and never has sex with anyone else. He is still bisexual becuse if he was not with her he might have sex with a male. Your gender orientation is your tendancy, not what you practice. If I am wrong, then to be bisexual, you would have to constantly have sex with both genders to be truly bisexual.
Your gender orientation is what you CAN do, not what you actually do, IMO.
It's like a gay man who vows celibabcy (for whatever reason). He may never have sex again, but he is still gay.

I've never been convinced that bi-sexuality is possible. I get the feeling bisexuality is the opposite of gay people who act straight.
In the music circles I tend to gravitate in, the bisexual thing is quite normal. and even though some of these people are my friends I still think it's an act.
So Bowie would likely be typical of the scene. He could equally have turned out closet homosexual. Like james hetfield out of metallica.

He's married isn't he. That kind of rules out homosexual. Yes, I know that some homosexuals get married to cover themselves but in this case I do see Bowie needing to do that.
