Voted : We should focus more on helping all the suffering people in the world
The Pope was commenting on these ideas recently and that, along with some other information I recently received, made me realize how selfish we are in the United States and in Europe and Canada, etc.

The Pope talked about "Relativism" and that people are being conditioned to no longer see absolutes, but to see many shades of gray. His belief is that this causes greater suffering because people no longer put things into perspective, since they are more concerned with their own image and their own egos.

Social Activism is also something that is gaining momentum and I guess it is more of a re-birth of a movement that has been around for 50 years. That means that you do an accounting of the problems you face or your country faces, etc. and you act accordingly.

If people are living in truly deplorable conditions and with severe problems (crisises) on a consistent, daily basis, that in reality, their problems are far worse.

I don't know, maybe I'm being ignorant. I hope not though.
